We work with homeowners who want all internal and external finishes pre-selected, along with detailed 2D and 3D drawings, so you can approach builders fully prepared and confident. Builders love working with clients who have hired a designer as it minimises delays, reduces costly variations, and ensures your project runs smoothly.

Concept & Initial Consultation
We begin by getting to know you, your vision, lifestyle, and project goals. During the initial consultation, we explore your ideas, priorities, and how you want your home to function. This helps us understand your personal style and gives us a clear foundation to create a home tailored specifically for you.
Design Development
Once we understand your brief, we collaborate with your builder, architect or draftsperson to develop a cohesive design direction. Every detail of your home is considered, from internal and external colours, flooring, cabinetry, tiles, benchtops, and joinery, to lighting, appliances, taps, sinks, and bathroom accessories. Where needed, we also guide furniture and window treatment selections. You’ll receive sample boards and 3D rendered drawings to visualise how all elements work together, creating a practical, harmonious, and timeless home.
Documentation
After the design is approved, we prepare a comprehensive set of documentation for your builder. This includes detailed 2D internal elevation drawings, material and finishes schedules, and specifications for joinery, lighting, and appliances. Providing this information upfront allows your builder to price accurately during tender and order items ahead of schedule, reducing delays and last-minute changes.
Design Management
During construction, we offer ongoing support with monthly onsite meetings. We answer any questions your builder may have about your selections or design intent and clarify details for finishes, fixtures, joinery, or layouts as needed. Our goal is to make the building or renovation process smooth and stress-free, giving you confidence that your vision is being executed as planned.
