Whether you are building or renovating, our full interior design service allows us to create beautiful, bespoke living spaces. From fixture selections to colours and cabinetry design, every detail is taken care of.
CONCEPT
During the initial consultation, we will discuss the scope of works of your project, your ideas and budget. This gives us a thorough understanding of your needs, style and establish a timeline.
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
After collaborating with the builder or architect we begin developing a design direction. We start preparing a scheme by selecting materials, finishes and fixtures. Your needs and budget are considered in every element we present
to you.
A comprehensive sample board and 3D rendered model drawings will be presented to you so you can get an idea of each selection and how they work in harmony with the home. Each element of the home is considered from
the exterior selections, right through to flooring, appliances, lighting and
window treatments.
DOCUMENTATION
All built-in joinery from kitchen design to fireplace details are thought out during the project and we work alongside trades and design professionals to ensure a custom and bespoke look. We can provide you with detailed 2D internal elevation drawings that your architect and builder can reference. Schedules including materials and finishes, fixtures and appliances are created to enable a smooth construction process allowing items to be ordered ahead of schedule.
DESIGN MANAGEMENT
Monthly onsite management meetings during construction period to oversee progress and manage any issues as they arise.
