I bring more than just ideas.

I bring years of experience working inside the design industry, building businesses, understanding the realities of residential design and seeing the patterns that can keep talented designers stuck.

I’ll give you honest feedback.

I’ll challenge you when I think you’re playing too small.

I’ll help you simplify when things have become unnecessarily complicated.

I’ll help you see the bigger picture when you’re too close to the problem.

And when you’re already heading in the right direction, I’ll help you trust yourself and keep going.

You don’t need another person telling you what to do. You need someone who can help you see what matters.

What I Need From You

You don’t need to be perfect at this.

But the more you bring to our work together, the more we can create.

I ask you to:

  • Be honest about what is really happening in your business

  • Come prepared to our sessions

  • Take ownership of the actions you commit to

  • Ask the questions you’ve been avoiding

  • Be open to challenge and new perspectives

  • Use Voxer when you need support between sessions

  • Tell me when something isn’t working

  • Give yourself permission to think bigger

Most importantly, do the work.

The strategy only becomes valuable when it leaves the page and enters your business.

Before Your VIP Strategy Day

  • Before we meet, take some time with the questions in your welcome pack.

    There are no right answers and no polished business plans required.

    Instead, I want you to start thinking about what you really want.

    Not just what you think you should want.

    • What would feel amazing in your business?

    • What would you love to stop doing?

    • What would you have more space for?

    • What would change if you trusted yourself more?

    And perhaps most importantly:

  • What would you like your business to make possible in your life?

    Let yourself think beyond the next client, the next month or the next financial year.

    Dream a little bigger.

    We’ll bring the strategy, structure and practical steps to those ideas together.

A Few Things to Know

  • Life happens. Businesses happen.

    If something hasn’t been done, we’ll look at why. Sometimes the action wasn’t the right priority. Sometimes something got in the way. And sometimes you simply need a little accountability.

    There is no judgement here.

    We’ll reassess, adjust and keep moving.

  • Bring it to me.

    Our strategy gives us direction, but it doesn’t need to become a straightjacket. Your business will continue to evolve throughout our four months together.

    We can make space for what matters.

  • Tell me.

    You don’t need to arrive at every session with everything together. Sometimes the most valuable conversation is the one where we unpack what feels messy and work out what to do next.

  • That’s okay.

    You can always bring a question, a decision, a challenge, an idea or simply tell me what’s been taking up space in your head.

    I’ll help us find the thread to pull.

  • We’ll take a step back and look at what has changed, what you’ve achieved and where you want to go next.

    You’ll have the opportunity to reflect on the progress you’ve made and decide what the next chapter looks like for you.

    There is absolutely no expectation that you need to continue.

    If you feel you’d benefit from ongoing support, we can talk about what that could look like. If you’re ready to take the next steps independently, I’ll be just as excited to see where you take it.

One Last Thing
